These fruits and vegges tend to have the most pesticide residue. We invite you to start eliminating these beauties first:

• Strawberries
• Spinach and Kale
• Nectarines
• Apples
• Peaches
• Pears
• Cherries
• Grapes
• Celery
• Tomatoes
• Red peppers
• Potatoes

The Clean 15

These fruits and vegges tend to have the least pesticide residue. Perhaps you can leave these to integrate later:

• Sweet corn
• Avocadoes
• Pineapples
• Cabbage
• Onions
• Sweet peas
• Papayas
• Asparagus
• Mangoes
• Eggplant
• Honeydew melon
• Kiwi
• Cantaloupe
• Cauliflower
• Grapefruit

Other foods we highly recommend buying organic or pesticide free are:

 

1. Coffee Beans
2. Eggs
3. Milk
4. Meat – organic /grass fed finished/free range
5. Fish – wild is our choice.
