Sourced directly from a cooperative in Egypt, this tea has a refreshing, delicate and cooling flavour, perfect served either hot or cold.

We both use the loose leave but if you’re a fan of the tea bag this too, is superior. Made from compostable plant starch, this mesh will not put unwanted chemicals in your tea or the planet. Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc. Allow to infuse for 3–4 minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
