Nose - Being a blend of three varieties, this GSM has lovely and varied aromas and flavours to delve into. Notes of dark olive, plum, red spice and hints of rosemary fill the glass.

Palate - The wine is delightfully vibrant with flavours of cherry, plum and dried herb. Cinnabar is a beautifully balanced, medium bodied wine with elegant structure and chalky tannins.

Food Pairing - Pair with smoked Texas-style pork ribs, or a vegetable korma.
